Pre-Concept design of greenfield airport

DESCRIPTION:

GMWM has been commissioned by Archi-Co to create a Pre-Concept design for a greenfield international airport in Kalbajar. During the design process, GMWM explored three distinct concepts. The first concept drew inspiration from the majestic mountains of the region, while the second concept elegantly incorporated the colors of the country's flag. The third concept was specifically crafted to demonstrate the robustness and strength of Azerbaijan.
All of our design solutions adhere to critical terminal planning principles, encompassing passenger circulation, safety, security, operational efficiency, flexibility, adaptability, sustainability, and commercial viability.
