DESCRIPTION:

Designed by GMW MIMARLIK 20,000 sqm..boutique hotel in Istanbul was planned to be operated by the Rezidor SAS Group under their launched Cerruti brand. Occupying a prominent site in the highly fashionable Macka district Hotel Cerruti was aimed to be one of the finest in the region with 145 top quality guest rooms, conference facilities, a beauty & fitness club, two separate restaurants and a multi-story car park. The first stage of the building construction, which involved a six-story deep sub-structure was completed in 2006. In 2010, .T.C. State Pension Fund sold the building in accordance with privatization plan.
